Avondale Porsche Grapevine General Manager Administrative Assistants execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following duties:
Coordinates manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and conference calls
Composes routine and complex correspondences including agenda, notices, minutes, resolutions, memos, confidential correspondences, reports, strategic plans, and other documents
Coordinates and arranges programs, events, meetings, or conferences by preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, and controlling the budget
Coordinates month-end, and quarterly review books
Screens manager’s incoming telephone calls and incoming correspondences
Arranges travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel related meetings
Addresses internal and external client concerns
Organizes and maintains file system
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member
Manages complaint resolution process
Conducts research, complies and prepares statistical reports
Maintains supplies and equipment maintenance
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
