Inspects vehicle to determine if PDR will be effective on vehicle
Protects all surfaces to prevent dent tools from scratching vehicle
Repairs dent using proper dent material and tools
Cleans and waxes surface after to enhance repaired area
Communicates status of all work to ASM in a timely manner
Inspects finished product for overall quality
Works the service drive during down time to sell dent repairs to clients
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the Avondale and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum one year dealership
experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Operator's Driver's License; State Inspection License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
