Responsibilities

Our Inventory Specialist ensure an elevated client experiences while creating client advocates and maintain accounting vehicle inventory.

 

Responsiblilities:

 

  • Stock in all vehicles both to the vehicle management system and to accounting based on dealer invoices and/or purchase documents;
  • Processes lender payoffs on trades daily;
  • Processes floorplan advances and payoffs daily;
  • Maintains inventory of titles, follows up on title statuses with lenders and other dealers;
  • Prepares monthly title audit with status of all outstanding titles;
  • Prepares and processes dealer trades;
  • Resolves floorplan discrepancies, based on monthly reconciliation provided by the Staff Accountant;
  • Assists Title Clerk on assigned tasks as needed;
  • Maintains miscellaneous schedules related to the above duties with notes documented in Axcessa on any item over 15 days aged;
  • Knows and understands the Avondale Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adheres to its requirements;
  • Attend department meetings as scheduled; and
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook. Experience using CDK preferred but not required.

 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10pounds.
