Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Sales Experience Associate (SEA) will shadow and assist the Sales Experience Manager (SEM), while also learning Avondale’s One Touch Sales Process. The SEA will assist the SEM in the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results and ensuring an elevated client experience. The SEA will ‘graduate’ to the SEM position once the SEA’s eligibility has been determined.SUMMARY OF POSITION

 

Process Execution
•Learn and implement the Avondale One Touch Sales Process
•Learn and utilize Auto Alert to prospect for opportunities within SEM’s client base
•Learn and conduct deliveries (including off-site deliveries)
•Learn and perform product presentations
•Maintain perform the online photo process for new and pre-owned inventory


Learning Products/Product Knowledge
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product including technical specifications, exteriorcolor options, interior trim options, optional and standard equipment and competitiveadvantages.


Departmental Assistance

•Pull cars from inventory
•Greet SEM’s clients when necessary
•Assists with appraisal of trade-ins
•Get cars ready for deliveries (which includes taking cars to make ready/prep center, cleaning,and filling gas)
•Transport cars to offsite locations (including for dealer trades)
•Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the programto achieve client satisfaction
•Knows and understands the Avondale Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhereto all applicable requirements
•Create and maintain on-line vehicle descriptions
•Execute client prospecting at direction of E-Commerce Mgr/Director
•Assist E-Commerce Dept, Mgr/Dir in department and team initiatives
• Attends weekly department meetings

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
  • Skills – Communication, Stress tolerance, team player, accountability, result-oriented
  • Flexibility with schedule
