Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Roadside Technicians ensure an elevated client experiencewhile creating client advocates. The Roadside Technician ensures client loyalty and
satisfaction by providing clients with convenient and timely responses to requests for roadside assistance.
Responsibilities:
Performs light service on client vehicle as dispatched.
Adheres to guidelines as outlined by Manufacture Service Center regarding replacing and
repairing items covered by vehicle warranty.
Responds to all requests in timely and professional manner as dispatched by call center.
Communicates with the call center department through dispatch radio and telephone to ensure
clients are taken care of in a timely manner.
Monitors local traffic situations to expedite response time for clients.
Monitors the mileage of roadside vehicles.
Ensures proper maintenance of roadside vehicles and ensures they are in neat and clean
condition.
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
Assists with preparation and filing of service documents
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum one year dealership
experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Operator's Driver's License; State Inspection License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
