Our Avondale Dealerships Facilities Team Lead ensures an exceptional client and member experience by maintaining pristine facility conditions while supporting department directors and General Managers with facility related needs. They uphold the highest luxury standards in all assigned facility areas, supporting the premium brand image of our buildings and dealerships.
Interior Facility Maintenance
Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, exotic wood trim, and premium metal work throughout showroom and office areas as needed
Maintain customer lounges, executive offices, conference rooms, sales offices, and reception areas to Avondale standards.
Perform detailed cleaning of glass surfaces, windows, door panels, and architectural sills.
Use specialized equipment and products suitable for high end flooring materials to vacuum, sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors.
Clean and maintain leather furniture, upholstered seating, etc.
Dust and detail premium furniture, fixtures, and decorative equipment throughout thefacility.
Clean and replenish client and member restrooms and locker rooms, ensuring high quality.
Coordinate with service leaders to maintain clean shops and remove debris, tires, etc. as needed.
Building Systems & Infrastructure
Monitor and maintain HVAC system performance, reporting issues to the Director
Replace light bulbs and perform basic electrical maintenance tasks.
Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment for premium surfaces.
Coordinate facility needs with building maintenance contractors and Director.
Ensure proper function of automatic doors, elevators, and accessibility systems.
Exterior & Grounds Maintenance
Keep sidewalks, entryways, and outdoor client areas safe, clean and free of litter.
Maintain landscaped areas around customer entrances and outdoor seating.
Clear walkways of debris, snow, and seasonal hazards.
Clean exterior windows, glass facades, vehicle chargers, and building entrances.
Maintain outdoor furniture and client amenities.
Empty and maintain exterior waste receptacles and ashtrays.
Waste Management & Environmental Services
Maintain waste management areas leaving them clean and proper.
Follow environmental compliance procedures for hazardous material disposal.
Manage inventory and restocking of janitorial and maintenance supplies per direction from the Director.
Event Support
Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for client events, training sessions, and meetings as needed (may receive instruction from Department Directors and Marketing Team).
Prepare facilities/mobile units for special events, vehicle unveilings, and client experiences.
Support restrooms and client areas after high-traffic periods (after Noon).
Maintain coffee stations, water service areas, and client refreshment zones.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for cleaning operations.
Maintain MSDS documentation and proper chemical storage procedures.
Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and facility concerns to Director immediately.
Work with GM admins and Director to maintain emergency equipment and safety stations in designated areas.
Coordinate with Facilities Director and Service Director for maintenance of Avondale vehicles (truck, golf cart, etc.)
Administrative & Communication
Oversee inventory Management
Coordinate team scheduling to ensure coverage
Document maintenance activities and supply usage to Director as determined by Director.
Communicate effectively with the Director regarding maintenance needs.
Support other departments with logistics and space preparation as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
1-2 years of commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License Clean Driving Record
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
