Successful Avondale Managers contribute to the success of Avondale’s variable operations by leading the training of the sales staff and the management and utilization of technology to create both high quality lead generation and the successful execution of sales processes (One-Touch process, Proactive F&I process, and eCommerce Process). They partner with sales staff to create elevated client experiences at all client touchpoints that lead to sales conversions in all areas of variable operations. This position will spend significant time partnering with the sales staff to ensure their success while helping them realize their potential as a sales professional.

The SEA will assist the SEM in the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results, and ensuring an extraordinary client experience. The SEA will ‘graduate’ to the SEM position once the SEA’s eligibility has been determined.
